Precious Foundation for Women, Children & Adolescents (PFWCA) Nigeria is a registered non-governmental organisation committed to improving the health and wellbeing of vulnerable women, children, adolescents, and underserved communities through healthcare outreach, prevention, education, and empowerment initiatives.
Our focus is on early detection, prevention, and health education, ensuring that underserved families receive the care and guidance they need before conditions become severe.
Our outreach model brings healthcare directly into trusted community spaces, making it easier for women, children, adolescents, and families to access essential health checks.
Working alongside PFWCA UK, we deliver outreach programmes across local governments in Edo State, Nigeria. We are focused on restoring dignity, strengthening communities, and improving lives through compassionate and professional care.

PFWCA exists to address gaps in access to early healthcare and preventative services, particularly within underserved communities in Edo State, Nigeria.
We deliver community-based health screening, outreach programmes, and education to support individuals in taking proactive steps towards better health outcomes.

Many individuals within underserved communities continue to face barriers to accessing essential healthcare services.
Conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, poor vision, and preventable illnesses often remain undiagnosed until complications occur.
Through health screening, education, and outreach programmes, PFWCA Nigeria helps communities access support earlier, improve health awareness, and reduce preventable health risks.
Why Our Work Matters
With over 18 years of clinical experience as a Registered General Nurse, my journey in healthcare has shown me the urgent need for accessible, compassionate, and preventive care within underserved communities. Across both hospital and community settings, I have witnessed how many individuals continue to suffer from preventable conditions simply because support arrives too late.
PFWCA Nigeria was founded from a deep commitment to bridge these gaps by bringing healthcare directly into communities through outreach, education, early detection, and practical support. Our mission is to ensure that vulnerable women, children, and adolescents are not left behind due to poverty, limited healthcare access, or lack of awareness.
Guided by faith, compassion, and service, PFWCA Nigeria represents a vision of restoring dignity, improving wellbeing, and creating hope for individuals and families across our communities. Through every outreach programme, health screening, and intervention, we remain committed to serving humanity with professionalism, integrity, and care.
