BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Treasurer manages financial oversight for PFWCA, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and responsible stewardship of funds entrusted to the Foundation.

Responsible for public relations, storytelling, and media strategy, the Communications Lead ensures PFWCA’s mission, programs, and impact are effectively shared with stakeholders, donors, and the public.

The Vice Chairperson supports the Chair in guiding PFWCA’s strategic direction and governance, ensuring transparency, accountability, and effective oversight across all programs and initiatives.

Solomon Onos Imirhe- Community Engagement Officer

The Community Lead drives engagement with local communities, advocates for beneficiary needs, and represents the Foundation in outreach initiatives, fostering trust and collaboration.

Precious Omigie | Founder & Chairperson

The Chairperson provides the strategic vision and executive oversight for PFWCA. As Chairperson, she ensures all global operations remain strictly aligned with the Foundation’s mission to restore hope, dignity, and well-being to underserved communities.

Osasiuwa A. Monyei – Secretary

The Secretary oversees Board documentation, meetings, and compliance with statutory requirements. They ensure clear communication and accurate records to support good governance.

Our Operational Approach

PFWCA Nigeria operates a structured clinical governance framework to support safe, ethical and quality healthcare outreach services within the communities we serve.

Our approach includes:

• Delivery of services by qualified healthcare professionals and licensed practitioners
• Adherence to applicable healthcare standards, ethical guidelines and professional codes of practice
• Community-focused and risk-aware healthcare outreach delivery
• Clear service boundaries focused on health screening, prevention, awareness and community education

Clinical Boundaries

PFWCA Nigeria does not provide:

• Specialist medical diagnosis beyond outreach screening services
• Independent prescribing services outside authorised clinical practice
• Long-term inpatient or specialist hospital treatment

Participants attending our outreach programmes are:

• Provided with appropriate screening results and health education
• Referred to suitable hospitals, clinics or healthcare providers for further evaluation and treatment where necessary

PFWCA Nigeria is committed to promoting safe healthcare engagement, responsible clinical practice and appropriate referral pathways to improve community wellbeing and healthcare access.

Health & Safety Policy (Summary)
